This is the Telstra T-Hub 2.
Last month I headed up to Sydney for the launch of this fancy-pants phone-come-tablet.
We met at Simon Johnson's Providores' Market in Alexandria for the opportunity to see the T-Hub 2 in action.
Celeb chef, Justin North demonstrated (while we tweeted) how to cook Pork Belly and Queensland Spanner Crab with a Vietnamese Dressing.
Describing this meal as a sensory delight is an understatement.
It was truly sensational with flavour bombs going off inside my mouth.
The combination of the fresh herbs, chilli ginger, lemon and garlic in the dressing as well as the delicious taste and texture of the pork and crab was phenomenal.
I caught up with Caz {Mojito Mother} and Cath {Camera Chronicles} at the event and we all agreed Chris' recipe was AMAZING.

It was pretty handy to have the recipe available on the T-Hub 2 while Chris was cooking.
